  • If you are a new client please contact me HERE to schedule a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation to assess whether we are a therapeutic match.

  • There are times when I keep a waitlist and times when an appointment is available immediately.  Estimate waiting times are extremely difficult to predict in this field.  If a person needs assistance before an appointment is available, referrals to other clinicians will be provided.  

  • William Sackley Psychologist does not accept insurance at this time.

    The client is responsible for full payment at the time of service, and upon request, will be provided with an invoice that the client may submit to their insurance provider. It is recommended that you contact your insurance company prior to the onset of services to learn more about your out-of-network benefits. 

    In circumstances of unusual financial hardship, I may be able to negotiate a fee adjustment or payment installment plan.

  • When we schedule an appointment, I reserve a time just for you. If you need to cancel, I ask that you please do so with at least 24 hours notice. If you miss, cancel, or change your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be subject to the full amount of a session fee. This policy is in place out of respect to your therapist and other clients, who would have otherwise been able to meet during that time slot.
